The model presented here is a unique piece resulting from the meeting between the Roman fashion house and the Fondazione Arte della Seta Lisio, which from 1997 to 2004 produced eleven Baguette collections, providing the fabrics for the creation of one-of-a-kind models.

The body of the bag is crafted in ecru fabric with the famous embossed black Zucca motif in soft silk organzine velvet, following an ancient artisanal process that requires the preparation of a 'cantra' to loom the 800 fabric bobbins used to create the double F pattern distributed in staggered horizontal rows.

The Fendi Baguette bag 1997 is a surprise in wonderful bright green silk, while the hardware is in matte dark brown metal. The adjustable leather shoulder strap allows it to be worn as a clutch or a shoulder bag, depending on preference.
