At checkout, you can pay with:
- credit or debit card;
- PayPal;
- Apple Pay and Google Pay, from supported devices;
- local methods offered by PayPal in certain countries (e.g., Bancontact, iDEAL, Przelewy24); in Italy, MyBank is an instant payment from your home banking;
- Klarna, in 3 installments, under the Klarna terms and conditions visible before confirmation;
- HeyLight, only for orders in Italy from € 100 to € 5.000, up to 12 installments. The cost of credit (APR and TAEG) and the conditions are those indicated by HeyLight before confirmation.
The amount is charged at the time of order, in euro. Card details are entered into the secure forms of the payment service providers and are not stored by us.
Bank transfer
If you prefer a bank transfer, please contact our customer service or WhatsApp (+39 393 3396374) before ordering: we will send you the payment details and reserve the item for you. We will ship it once the amount has been credited; please email us the transfer receipt within 48 hours, otherwise the order will be cancelled and the item will be returned to sale; if the credit arrives after cancellation, we will refund the amount.
Invoice
You can request an invoice from customer service by providing your order number.
