Home collection and decluttering
Do you have many pieces to offer us? We organize a collection at your home or wherever you keep the items you no longer want, and we take the opportunity to select which pieces to keep together.
From abroad
Do you live far from our boutiques?
Send us the photos: we will provide a preliminary valuation of the most suitable items and organize the collection at our expense. You can leave them on consignment or request immediate payment, which is issued when the goods arrive at their destination.
Which items and maison do you accept?
We accept vintage, second-hand, and new items from luxury maison: clothing, shoes, bags, accessories, and jewelry in excellent condition that have made fashion history, as well as contemporary pieces. For our outlet, we also collect items from mid-to-high-end brands (Elisabetta Franchi, Pinko, etc.). All items must be delivered in excellent condition, cleaned and pressed.
How do consignment and immediate payment sales work?
We collect most items on consignment. The supplier's payment is made at the time of sale: 50% net of the sale price is paid, while we retain a 50% gross commission; VAT and taxes are our responsibility.
We collect only a few particularly precious items with immediate payment: in this case, payment is made at the time of collection.
How is the sale price determined?
For consignment items, we define the price based on the type of item, condition, and average market prices. Once approved by the supplier, the item is put up for sale. In the case of immediate payment sales, the supplier proposes a price to us.
Will my item undergo price reductions during the year?
The established price remains unchanged until the end of the season; we apply reductions during the sales period.
How is payment made?
You can collect cash at the boutique where you left the item on consignment, or request a bank transfer or PayPal payment.
Can I take my item back whenever I want?
No, we keep the item in our assortment for a minimum period of 6 months.
What happens if my item is not sold?
You can collect unsold items at the end of the six-month consignment period, or leave them in stock by accepting a price reduction.
Do I need to make an appointment to show you items?
Yes, we only collect by appointment, in boutique or at your home. Before the appointment, we ask you to send us photos via WhatsApp at +39 339 6738005 for a preliminary valuation.
Can I get a valuation before the appointment?
Yes: send us clear, detailed photos of the entire item and, for clothing, of the label. For bags and accessories, photos of the interior, corners, serial codes (if present), and any defects or signs of wear are also useful.
When do you collect clothing and shoes?
We collect clothing from September to December for the winter season and from February to June for the spring/summer season. Bags and accessories are collected all year round.
