You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from the contract, without having to provide a reason. This also applies to orders placed online and collected in boutique.
How to withdraw
In your account, under the order, click "Recedi dal contratto qui"; you can also find this function in Il mio account › Recedi dal contratto. Indicate whether the withdrawal applies to the entire order or only certain items and confirm with "Conferma recesso": you will immediately receive an email with the date and time of your request.
How to return items
Ship the items within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal to La Belle Époque, Via Cavallotti 1, 20025 Legnano (MI), indicating your order number. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility. You may also return the items to one of our boutiques.
To allow us to put them back on sale, we ask that you return the items in the same condition as received: with the security tag intact, original labels and accessories (dustbag, boxes, hangers), in suitable packaging. If an item is worn, washed, or damaged, your right of withdrawal remains valid, but we may deduct its loss of value from your refund.
Refund
We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal, including the cost of standard shipping for the order. We may wait until we have received the items or proof that they have been shipped. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order and in the same currency.

If an item does not match the description or has a defect not indicated in the product details, please contact us: the legal guarantee applies (General Terms and Conditions of Sale, point 9) and the return shipping cost will be borne by us.
