Let your loved ones choose: a bag from the great maison, a piece of jewellery, or an archival piece. The Gift Card is sent via email with your message, immediately after payment.

Write your message
The recipient's name, their email, and a short note from you: we will include them in the Gift Card.

Delivered via email
Immediately after payment, with the personal code. You will receive a copy.

At checkout
Select your items, proceed to checkout, and enter the code in the discount code field: the amount will be deducted from the total. Any unused balance remains available.
In boutique
In Milano, Como and Legnano
Show the code to our staff: we will help you choose and deduct the amount from your Gift Card balance.

To check your balance or for any questions, please write to us.
Does the Gift Card expire?
No. The Gift Card has no expiry date: the recipient can take their time to choose the perfect piece.
Can it be used for multiple purchases?
Yes. If the purchase costs less than the Gift Card value, the remaining balance stays on the code for next time. If it costs more, the difference can be paid using another method.
Does it cover shipping?
The Gift Card applies to the price of the items. Shipping, when applicable, is paid separately: in Italy, it is free on orders over 500 euro.
Can I use it in boutique?
Yes, in Milano, Como and Legnano: simply show the code to the staff, who will deduct the amount from your balance.
When will it arrive?
Immediately after payment confirmation, to the email address you provide. If you cannot find it, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Can I cancel my purchase?
Yes, within 14 days of purchase: we will refund the full amount if the Gift Card has not been used, or the remaining balance if it has been partially used.
