Shipping methods for clothing, accessories, bags, and shoes
Shipments within Italy are handled by GLS, SDA, and TNT.
For the rest of the world, shipments are handled via UPS or FEDEX.
We ship within 1-2 working days (Monday-Friday) from the order date. In Italy, delivery takes on average 2 working days from shipment; for international orders, times depend on the courier and the destination country. In any case, delivery will take place within 30 days of the order.
During sale or promotion periods, shipping may take longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress.
Packages destined for countries within the European Union do not include an invoice or any other documentation stating the value of the goods.
All shipments to countries outside the European Union, as required by customs procedures, are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of the individual items.
