One of the key moments for Off-White's growth was in 2017, when Abloh launched a collaboration with Nike, reimagining classic sneaker models such as the Air Jordan and the Air Force 1. These projects, along with other collaborations with luxury brands such as Jimmy Choo, Moncler, and Ikea, helped solidify the brand's status as a bridge between streetwear and high fashion.

In 2018, Abloh was appointed artistic director of the men's line at Louis Vuitton, becoming one of the first African American designers to lead a French luxury maison. This position further elevated Off-White's reputation, making the brand a permanent fixture in the luxury fashion world.
