In the '90s, Gianni Versace became a central figure in international fashion, contributing to the phenomenon of supermodels: Naomi Campbell, Cindy Crawford, Linda Evangelista, and Claudia Schiffer became iconic faces of the brand. However, in 1997, Gianni's tragic death in Miami shocked the fashion world.

His sister Donatella Versace took over as creative director, keeping her brother's bold spirit alive and reinterpreting it for the modern era. Under her guidance, Versace continues to evolve, remaining faithful to its aesthetic codes: the Medusa logo, Greek motifs, baroque prints, and a mix of sensuality and strength.
